I started working with David in early January of this year. At the time, I was the heaviest I’d ever been (107kg) and in a bit of a rut. 
I met with David and he outlined a plan for myself for the next 12 weeks. The plan included a gym program along with getting some better eating habits that I had been struggling with.
In the first 12 weeks I faced a few obstacles with injuries to my back and knee from playing rugby ....However I still managed to lose 4.5kg. In this time David’s help was amazing, daily reminders to log food and sending interesting articles and infographics regarding eating and exercising. The exercise programs were both easy to follow and challenging at the same time, with lots of variance.
In the next 10 weeks, with no injuries and huge emphasis on importance of a focus on not having the most perfect day or week of training but a consistent week! And that 1 off day out of 7 days doesn’t mean no progress....I am now 93.9kg, just over 13kg lighter than when I started with David.
Working with David for the last 5 months has simply been a pleasure, he has been so helpful and personable, and my results are all because of his guidance and knowledge.
